ADHD Testing for Adults

You’ve been thinking about ADHD testing for a while now—maybe even for years.

You’ve read articles, taken online quizzes, and wondered if this explains why life feels harder than it should. But somehow, the decision keeps getting pushed to later.

Meanwhile, the struggles with focus, organization, and follow-through aren’t going away.

You want answers. But more importantly, you want a clear path forward.

Why Get a Comprehensive ADHD Assessment?

A thorough ADHD evaluation can help you:

✔️ Understand whether ADHD is the root cause of your challenges
✔️ Explore other factors like anxiety, autism, trauma, or learning differences that might be impacting you.
✔️ Identify your unique strengths and executive function struggles.
✔️ Get a clear diagnosis (if applicable) and a roadmap for next steps.
✔️ Make informed decisions about treatment, including behavioral strategies, coaching, and medication.
✔️ Obtain documentation if you need accommodations for work or school.

What Sets My ADHD Evaluations Apart?

Many people don’t need a comprehensive evaluation to confirm ADHD. Often times, a brief interview is enough. But the clients I work with are looking for something more.

They’re not just asking, “Do I have ADHD?” — they’re asking, “What else is going on?” They want to understand the nuances of how their brain works, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to move forward in a way where they’re not constantly battling with themselves.

My evaluations are comprehensive and research-based. I take time to understand your full history, the context of your challenges, and the strengths you bring. I use gold-standard tools to assess not only for ADHD, but also for overlapping factors like anxiety, executive functioning, trauma, or autism. Because these often interact in complex ways, and clarity matters.

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and a focused plan for what comes next.
